Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle patient registration and schedule appointments efficiently. Manage front desk operations and assist walk-in clients professionally. Use clinic management software (Aoikumo, Plato Medical, etc.) for daily tasks. Perform data entry and basic administrative duties. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow. Follow up with patient regarding appointments and reminders. Handle inquiries and resolve front-desk complaints diplomatically and independently. Provide excellent customer service with a pleasant and professional attitude.

Job Requirements



Female candidate only.

Must possess at least a

Diploma

; Degree holders are welcomed. Minimum

1 year of working experience

in a related field (Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist experience is an advantage). Proficient in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

. Must be

computer literate

, including Excel and clinic software such as Aoikumo and Plato Medical. Must have own transport or be able to commute easily to the workplace. Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and able to manage appointments effectively. Able to handle clients politely, professionally, and with diplomacy.

Working Hours



10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Monday: Half day

Tuesday: Off day


Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
