An exciting opportunity for a Senior Record to Report Executive role in the Accounting & Finance department of a leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is well versed in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee General Ledger (GL) management, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation, and maintenance of all financial transactions.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial records are closed timely and in line with deadlines.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automation, and standardisation of R2R tasks for enhanced efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Record to Report or Financial Accounting field, preferably in a global retail or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with General Ledger management and Bank Reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with process improvements and automation is a plus.
