Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 RTR Team Lead: Minimum 8 years of RTR experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 RTR Specialist: Minimum 8 years of RTR experience / other relevant experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 RTR Senior Analyst: Minimum 4 years working experience with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience handling full set accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 RTR Tax Specialist: Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in General Ledger operations. s: RTR Team Lead: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage team of up to 10 members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for period closing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track KPI - ensure the deliverables\xe2\x80\x99 quality and timeliness meet the requirements per SLAs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee month end RTR process to ensure timely completion of closing and reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage escalation from cross function or stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in service review meeting with stakeholders to present the SLAs, open and outstanding issues. RTR Specialist: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in standardizing & simplification of RTR processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate and timely recording, collection, and processing of all general accounting and reporting, fixed assets, statutory accounting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct and indirect tax transactions while adhering to policies and procedures, includes Target Operating Model (TOM), Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR). RTR Senior Analyst: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for period end close activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fixed asset management, intercompany transactions, and bank transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 balance sheet reconciliation and financial and management reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Local statutory and tax support. RTR Tax Specialist: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the overall tax compliance aspects for a group of legal entities assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as trusted business partner for Tax Accounting matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate and timely preparation of direct & indirect tax computation while adhering to policies and procedures, includes Target Operating Model (TOM), Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR). \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in managing transition activities with the Project Team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans roll out internally, region and global. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling full set account, and general ledger experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good English proficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 As stated, must have full set accounting experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Shared Services Center Environment would be a definite added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be adaptive and work in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Audit and tax is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to MNC working environment and Consolidated Group Accounts will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in using ERP system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be willing must be willing to work in Surian Tower, Petaling Jaya.
