Recovery Officer (6 Month Contract) (ref: Ig)

Job Description
About the Company: A well-known MNC Telecommunication company Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
- Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
- To proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary).
- Update CRM & UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions take for each customer.
- Any other Ad-hoc matters.
- Formal Education - High School Certificate (or) Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any related field is preferred
- Work Experience - Total Work Experience: 1 to 3 years. Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of strong and solid background in sales, customer service, or call centre service. Previous debt collection or recovery experience will be advantageous.
- Language Proficiencies - Fluent in the English and Malay Language (written and spoken). Candidates who can converse in Mandarin or/plus Local Chinese dialects will be advantageous.
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
