responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments. \xe2\x80\xa2To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments. \xe2\x80\xa2To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme \xe2\x80\xa2Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services. \xe2\x80\xa2Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements. \xe2\x80\xa2Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers / clients.
