responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments. To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments. To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services. Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements. Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers / clients.
