Accident Handling

• Supervise and coordinate accident and vehicle repairs for car-sharing vehicles in Northen region
• Liaise with insurance companies and workshop vendors on claims and repairs for accident cases
• Communicate closely with the workshop and operations department, external service and maintenance providers to ensure efficient maintenance activities
• Keep cash repair and maintenance cost at a reasonable level while maintaining excellent repair quality and fast turnaround time of the vehicles
• Timely investigate and communicate accident-related information to SOCAR (member) and Trevo (host & guest)
• Handle accident cases and coordinate towing with workshop vendors
• Liaise with law enforcement authorities to escalate and solve accident cases
• Occasionally attend accident site and lodge reports to the Police station whenever needed
• Update accident and repair records in the vehicle maintenance system and maintain accurate documentation (Issue Ticket)
• Quality Control check upon the completion of car repair regardless minor or major repairing

Recovery

• Search for cars that have not been returned to the designated zone or were returned late by guests, based on locations provided by the systems or internal escalation channels. This task includes, but is not limited to, identifying theft attempts or responding to other emergency situations.
• Perform minor maintenance work on the vehicles such as changing/patching tyres, jump starting, etc., and ensure return cars to the right location or host.
• Lodge a police report whenever required to recover the vehicle or when instructed by the SOP or a superior
• Report any issues or damages in the internal escalation systems
• Provide assistance with complicated cases after working hours, during rest days, public holidays, or when freelancers are unavailable or unwilling to take on a job
• Perform ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, Puspakom, Police Custodian, cleanliness, elocation , GPS activation as requested by superior
