As our new Recover & Repair Coordinator, you will be in charge for both SOCAR & TREVO and having the opportunity to handle:-

Accident Handling

• Supervise and coordinate accident and vehicle repairs for car-sharing vehicles in Southern region
• Liaise with insurance companies and workshop vendors on claims and repairs for accident cases
• Communicate closely with the workshop and operations department, external service and maintenance providers to ensure efficient maintenance activities
• Maintain repair and maintenance costs (in cash) at a reasonable level while upholding excellent repair quality and fast turnaround time for vehicles
• Investigate and communicate accident-related information to SOCAR (member) and TREVO (host & guest) on a timely manner
• Handle Accident cases and coordinate towing with workshop vendors
• Liaise with law enforcement authorities to escalate and solve accident cases
• accident site and lodge reports to the Policies of when required
• Update accident and repair records in the vehicle maintenance system and ensure to maintain accurate documentation (Issue Ticket)
• Perform quality control check upon the completion of car repair which includes minor and major repair

Recovery

• Search for cars that have not been returned to the designated zone or were returned late by guests, based on locations provided by the systems or internal escalation channels. This task includes, but is not limited to, identifying theft attempts or responding to other emergency situations.
• Perform minor maintenance work on the vehicles such as changing/patching tyres, jump starting, etc., and ensure return cars to the right location or host.
• Lodge a police report whenever required to recover the vehicle or when instructed by the SOP or a superior
• Report any issues or damages in the internal escalation systems
• Provide assistance with complicated cases after working hours, during rest days, public holidays, or when freelancers are unavailable or unwilling to take on a job
• Perform ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, Puspakom, Police Custodian, cleanliness, elocation , GPS activation as requested by superior
