You will be responsible for managing the
entire recruitment cycle
, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. If you enjoy connecting with people and are driven by results, we offer an

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and communications
Meet monthly KPIs and performance targets
Communicate effectively in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience
in recruitment, HR, or related roles
Fluent in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(both spoken and written)
Mandarin speaker preferred due to client communication needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
