Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct basic phone screenings to assess candidate interest and fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support in posting job openings across platforms
Help manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Assist in organizing hiring drives, career fairs, and recruitment events
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
