About the role \xe2\x80\xa2 As the Onsite Recruiter you will be responsible for the management of a variety of stakeholder relationships; acting as the central advisor between the hiring manager and candidates, you will ensure that recruitment best practise is followed for all permanent hires. \xe2\x80\xa2 As the Recruiter you will strive to provide the highest level of quality, efficiency, process excellence and valuable insight across the RPO program. \xe2\x80\xa2 This a truly unique opportunity that will see you supporting one of our largest customer in APAC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Key Responsibilities o Managing and reacting efficiently to volume recruitment o Acting as a partner to the business to ensure recruitment needs are met o Aligning with APAC Sourcing Centre of Excellence on the requirements. o Conduct detailed job launch call with hiring managers for all positions. o Sharing market intel and sample profiles within stipulated timelines to hiring manager. o Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site, enabling employee referral programs as agreed with hiring managers. o Screening of CVs in line with the line managers\' requirements, presenting them in the standardised format and following up on the feedback. o Coordinate interview scheduling and obtaining interview feedback. o Managing the offer process, which may include offer extension and offer letter creation depending on the arrangement with the respective client. o Where required, collate preboarding documentation and onboarding communication for use of client\xe2\x80\x99s onboarding team. o Keeping Hiring Managers updated on the recruitment progress on weekly basis and engaging them and client HR Team on any challenges with data analytics / talent overview to enable them to make informed decision. o Keeping candidates informed of their application status to ensure of good candidate experience. o Ensuring ATS/in-house recruitment management solution or manual reporting is accurate and up to date at all times. o Adhering to the KPIs set during the onset of the assignment with a particular client. What experience do I need? \xe2\x80\xa2 We are looking for a Recruiter that has experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. You may have gained this experience in an agency or even working in a similar onsite role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relationship building will be a key attribute you possess, alongside a strategic and logical approach to your workload. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be able to prioritise your work, manage expectations and stay calm under pressure
Establish and operate a global business service center rending insourcing and outsourcing services in (1) business process : 1. Accounting ( General ledger, billing, etc ) 2. Call center and customer services activities 3. Direct and indirect procurement (2) Knowledge process 1. Customer & portfolio analysis , provision of implementation, maintenance and technical service related to the above mentioned services
