Efficiently and effectively fill open positions and create the job description. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with director to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan and implementation. Develop a pool of potential candidate and blast invitation of recruitment agent. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Improve company s online presence to assist in recruiting. Job Requirements Able to speak in Mandarin Background studies in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Working experience in recruitment or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. highly organized and multi-tasking Attention to detail, able to accurately screen and assess candidate qualifications.
