Position: Recruiter

Company Industry: Industrial Equipment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Location: Tractors Engineering Complex, No. 1, Jalan Puchong, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (possible to convert to permanent)

Remuneration: Basic up to RM4000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage (based on skills and experiences)

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment as an experience Executive, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

• Experience in University/colleges relations for internship/ Graduate Hire

• Involvement in Career fairs/job fairs for candidate sourcing (added as advantage)

• Ability to analyze, organize and administer vacancy.

• Knowledge of PC and software especially spreadsheet is necessary.

• Has strong recruitment background in Sales and Mechanic from similar industry i.e. Machinery/Heavy Equipment/Automotive/Construction

Other requirements:

• From a reputable and well-known company

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle sourcing and screening quality candidates for Sales position for Allied Business in Peninsular Malaysia
• To arrange interviews and subsequently assist to close all Sales positions with the right candidates for Allied Business in Peninsular Malaysia
• To provide CVs for Sales positions for company Industrial vacancies in East Malaysia
• Assist with any critical role for SDI as and when / any miscellaneous request.
