Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold-calling and telemarketing to introduce our services and establish business relationships.
- Source, filter, and interview candidates to ensure they meet clients\' specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
