This role needs to liaise directly with client/vendor directly. But not required to work on the weekend.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of sales experience in IT/software related industry.
- Open to fresh graduate from Computer Science/Information Technology background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both English & Mandarin.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
- Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling within Klang Valley for work.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
- Identify sales opportunities for ICT Solutions.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Basic RM3,000 - 3,500 (subject to experience and interview performance) + Commission
- Out of office claim (mileage, parking, toll), Medical Insurance, Company Trip.

- EPF, Socso, 14 Days Annual Leave, Medical Leave
Working Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
