Gather information on the talent market, employment agencies, headhunters and others related; Responsible for the drafting of the advertisement, publishing the vacancies required information; Collect resumes, classification, selection, interview arrangement, conduct interview assessment of candidate, reference check, salary offer and negotiation, complete employment notice; Proceed for hiring approval, offer letter preparation to ensure the hiring process run smoothly; To complete other tasks assigned by superior. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English Prefer at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
