Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent for current or future Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing vacancies.
Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet , recruitment partners/government agencies), approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs.
Qualify suitable applicants via use of a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone/ video interviews, written tests etc
Creates a WOW user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Build and maintain relationships with key Hiring Managers, influence and provide guidance on recruitment related activities Manage the end-to end of the recruitment process
Develop recruitment database, resume bank, regular recruitment reporting and support the growth of the talent pipeline for technical and niche skills in the market.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Phycology, Engineering or any other related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Recruiter; either In-house Recruiter or Staffing Agency Recruiter in high volume recruitment of technical roles such as R&D, IT , Assembly and Test Backend Operations in Semiconductors industry.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and proven track record of high volume hiring.
