The Role
Step into a
360 Recruitment Consultant
position that blends sales energy, strategic thinking, and genuine human connection. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle -- from winning clients and building relationships to sourcing top talent and driving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage client relationships through outreach, networking, and market insight.
Drive end-to-end recruitment -- from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Grow and nurture a strong talent network in your specialization.
Hit placement and revenue goals while delivering an exceptional experience to clients and candidates.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in consulting, sales, or client-facing roles.
A driven, results-focused, and people-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
