• Min Diploma in any field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

• Candidates with CEI will be an advantage.

• Candidate from a sales background or customer services environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from junior to mid-level/high-level management positions in various

industries.

• Assist each client in job scoping by understanding their corporate culture, objectives and business structures.

• Coordinate interviews and recommend potential candidate profiles to prospective clients (Candidates

profiles and screening will be provided by the sales team).

• Provide prompt and professional services to existing and new clients and be responsible for generating sales

revenue and business development activities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Built and maintain an ethics and cordial partnership with clients.

• Manage AR of your clients.

• Following up with our clients on their recruitments needs.

• Educate and share markets HR/MOM updates regulations( Various industries ) with clients.
