About the job Recruitment Consultant
Hunters International is an integrated and award-winning HR Solutions Provider based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As part of their growth plan, they are looking for highly experienced and driven recruitment consultants to be part of their team. Those without HR or recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references
- Research into clients company, competitors
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Min 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Positive attitude/mindset, able to handle a fast paced environment\xef\xbb\xbf
