Job Description
We are looking for a
proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for managing theentire recruitment cycle
, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding support Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and communications Meet monthly KPIs and performance targets Communicate effectively in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
in recruitment, HR, or related roles Fluent inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
(both spoken and written) Mandarin speaker preferred due to client communication needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined, and result-drivenJob Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
