Job Description


:

  • Identify opportunities and understand clients\' business strategy, culture and effectively interpret their unique requirements.
  • Lead and develop both short and long-term recruitment strategies as well as providing quality services and results
  • Assess candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills and experience, their career/personal goals and suitability for the position
  • Manage candidates\' expectation and aspirations ensuring they are aligned with their own career goals and cultural fit.
  • Construct long-term and trusted relationships with both potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and provide consultation to a large network of talents with on both account of immediate and long-term career aspirations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations to bridge the gaps between the talents and their organizations.
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Business Admin or in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, clients and management and to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Successful sales and/or business development background with a passion for start-to-end recruitment processes are welcomed to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a positive behavior.
