Role Description This is a remote role for a Recruitment Consultant supporting the Singapore healthcare market. Remote work arrangement. Perform full cycle of recruitment Utilize our internal AI systems and technology to quickly source, match, and develop candidates Manage client accounts and maintain strong rapport with existing clients Establish relationships with new and existing clients surrounding recruiting needs Identify new business opportunities and support new client acquisitions Support daily operational work Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Sales-driven and possess a strong interest in the recruitment industry Experience in recruiting nursing/healthcare professionals is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Mandarin (Chinese) to communicate with nurses and customers Ability to work independently and remotely
