The key responsibilities is to generate revenue through the following sales-based activities:
-Sourcing for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
-Screen & Interview candidates to qualify their experience and skillsets
-Send qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and jobs
-Follow-up candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
-Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and client.
-Produce revenue by completing the assignments
Other responsibilities include
:
-Actively promote yourself and the MVC business to candidates and clients
-Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
-Provide recruitment strategies to client and strong understanding of the market talent
-Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior
Requirements
-Tertiary qualifications within related discipline
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
-Advanced administrative and research skills
-Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
-Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
-Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
-Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
-Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision
