Job Title: Associate Consultant/Recruitment Consultant/Sr Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for placing candidates and carrying out candidate management at clients and prospects and performs his/her activities as part of a team.

Objective
1. To increase the market share and Return on Sales of Adecco and to increase client satisfaction (NPS) at the branch level.
2. The qualitative and quantitative fulfilling of clients\xe2\x80\x99 vacancy requirements through building and maintaining a market-proof pool of candidates, in quality and size.
3. The qualitative and quantitative fulfilling of the work/career requirements of the candidate.

If warranted by conditions in the work unit (branch, area, division, etc.), the manager may decide to carry out other activities. These other activities should fit within the character and level of the job profile. Enable the development of topical knowledge and create and adjust a yearly plan.

Expertise

• Knows the candidate market of the client and the agreements made with the client(s) and based on these takes the initiative to generate leads to help achieve the branch or team objectives.

Create and adjust a (Year) Plan

• As a team creates and follow up a Recruitment Activity year plan and adjust it according to new insights, based on the budget and the client base objectives for that year.
• Any other task assigned by Management time to time Increase profitability, market share, and client base through advice and sales of HR solutions to clients and prospects.

Clients/ client satisfaction

• Effectively maintain and exploit commercial contacts with clients and attract as many suitable candidates as possible, to fill as many vacancies as possible within the business in line with the agreed objectives.

Prospects/ Sales

• Proactively exploit the (network of the) candidate network to generate sales leads.
• Prospective calls to generate job orders and sales leads.

Candidate management

• Takes care to carry out effective candidate management focused on maximum candidate satisfaction and candidate retention with minimum absence due to sickness risk so that suitable candidates can be placed by Adecco over a longer period.
• Use of testing tools made available by Adecco and discussion of the assessment results professionally to advise the client in quality and uniform way about the candidate.

External Networking/ Make connections

• Create and maintain a relevant and market-proof network of candidates through actively seeking out and (pre)screening by telephone possible candidates on various internal and external media (Call Centers, Job Boards etc.) adecco.com.my Adecco Malaysia.

Online visibility

• Ensure online publicity for the Adecco brand-appropriate to the objectives of the job and personal business expertise, in line with social media policy guidelines focused on effective online visibility and keeping the interests of Adecco Group Malaysia central.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 9 months of experience in handling recruitment processes.
• With the passion & affinity to achieve target / KPI.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and results-oriented environment.
• A self-starter, goal driven person willing to put in the required effort to advance.
