Michael Page Malaysia is expanding! Join us as a Recruitment Consultant, where you will play a pivotal revenue-generating role by delivering tailored recruitment solutions and managing high-level corporate relationships.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients and negotiating salary packages.Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Michael Page's business performance.

A successful Recruitment Consultant in Michael Page should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Experience in Recruitment, Consulting, or Sales.
• Ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team oriented personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial spirit.
