Made up of young entrepreneurs who were previously seasoned HR Practitioners that come from various industries, backgrounds, expertise that have made a successful dent in headhunting scene in these 2 years with supportive business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and business development function based on various listings.
Candidate sourcing, screening and selection based on client requirement.
Identify a suitable timeline with clients and meet deadlines.
Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to provide assistance and gather valuable intelligence.
Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting using new age tools and methods.
Shortlist and select candidates based on requirements.
Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to gather feedback, and if need to be a replacement candidate.
Continuously building and maintaining food rapport with client and candidates.
Create and maintain market map in specialist industry.
Qualifications
A driven and great attitude who is proactive in continuous learning
Passionate in recruitment meeting people and enjoy understanding what makes them tick!
Have sense of urgency and accountability towards tasks on hand
With in-house/external recruitment experience will be a good fit.
Open to start up environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
