Job Description

:
As a recruitment consultant, you will work towards identifying and attracting the best candidates for your client\'s hiring needs. The day-to-day activities can be categorized into 2 main functions, research and communication. Research will be mainly conducted online and sometimes through interviews. Communication will be both written and verbal via mediums such as email, voice calls, and text messaging, in addition to in-person interactions.

1. Research:

• Understand the requirements and functions of roles in various industries.
• Apply research skills to identify and locate suitable candidates
• Gather and analyze information on employer and employee market trends

2. Communication:

• Design job postings and master the use of various recruitment software/ job portals
• Conduct interviews via phone or video calls
• Accurately represent the requirements, benefits, and nature of each role
• Attract, manage, and accurately advocate for each candidate represented
• Provide professional consultation for clients and candidates to serve their best interests

Requirements:

• Attained Bachelors Degree level education in any field
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and at least one other of the following (Mandarin/ Korean/ Japanese) would be an added advantage
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience are welcomed
