: Work closely with a team of recruiters and hiring teams in a fast-paced organization Responsible for interview scheduling and logistics arrangement, candidate\'s progress tracking and status updating, recruitment related data collecting and report generating, job posting and others Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters by acting as the logistics liaison Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Assist with coordination of recruiting events as needed Organize the team bonding activities for the team Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Candidates with 0 to 3 years experience are welcomed to apply Good customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Ability to perform administrative activities (e.g. document management) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
