JOB RESPONSBILITIES

• Perform plant and equipment commissioning, start-up, shutdown and turnaround activities and maintain normal operating conditions as per procedures to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform all safety equipment routine checks to ensure availability of equipment i.e. ; SCBA, eyewash, firefighting equipment etc.
• Respond to the operational upset and plant emergencies and make necessary process adjustment and shutdown actions in order to maintain high availability of equipment and smooth plant operation.
• Record and maintain panel log sheets, activities log, equipment history & checklist, and perform shift handover to ensure safe handover of operation.
• Perform as ERT member (First Line Fire Crew) by responding to all plant emergencies according to instruction from On-Scene Commander.
• Prepare equipment or area for safe handling over for maintenance jobs and prepare PTW for approval to ensure safe handover of equipment for maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Certificate from INSTEPS or Diploma from recognised institutions and possesses valid relevant certificates or competencies where applicable.
• Excellence communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good computer skills; MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and etc)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry. Must have theoretical and practical knowledge on all aspects of plants
• Possesses good trouble shooting skills, resourceful and able to evaluate unusual circumstances
• Must be conversant with HSE standards, rules and regulations, MS ISO 9001:2000, MS ISO 14001, procedures and company policies
• Compliance to instructions, quality and safety.

• A self driven with high confidence and resilience
