Open Position: Senior HR Executive, Admin & Recruitment (Reputable Company)

A Reputable Company is currently hiring for Senior HR Executive, Admin & Recruitment to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-More than 3 years working experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist

-Managing HR activities such as employees\xe2\x80\x99 relations, industrial relation, compensation & benefits with experience in monthly statutory payment submission (EPF, Socso, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and etc)

-Handling the full spectrum of manpower planning including recruiting and staffing activities for permanent and part-time employees

-Take initiative to lead recruitment drive activities including career fair and establish partnerships with Colleges and Universities

-Knowledge in Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Acts with experience in managing Foreign Worker recruitment process (hiring, visa processing and etc)

-Implement HR policies and maintain employee records covering employee attendance and leave records

-Good communications and stakeholder management skills
