We are currently seeking a talented Intern who is looking to build their career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, to join our team in Malaysia.Location: Remote (based in Malaysia)Duration: 3-6 monthsResponsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing recruitment documents and correspondence.
- Pursuing or recently completed a course in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
