Job Description


Role Summary:As Myra\xe2\x80\x99s Culture Intern (Recruitment) , you will be supporting the recruitment and cultural initiatives within the company. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment-related reports.
Key Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with other departments.
