• Understand the goals of the retail shops, and align our people to these objectives by setting clear priorities and direction.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the retail field.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available

• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the retail division to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on retail shops\' business needs and requirements in achieving the goals set for the retail shops.
• Identifies passive and sales-driven candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, and referrals communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
• Identifying, building relationships, and networking with the best candidates in the market whilst managing their career search and personal aspirations.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants\' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
