We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruitment Officer
to join our team at
AJS Maju Services Sdn. Bhd.
The successful candidate will handle the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Create and publish job advertisements across online platforms.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
Support HR reporting and documentation tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
