Here comes an alluring opportunity for a Recruitment Program Specialist to make their mark! We welcome those coming from a recruitment agency, in-house, MSP, RPO etc., background. Note this role has no direct sourcing, you will have a panel of supplier partners (agencies) who will source for you. You will be joining a fabulous team of professionals working in a fast-paced, process and partnership-driven team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist hiring managers during all stages of the recruitment process including requisition intake, sourcing via agencies, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing
  • Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting requisition intake session (briefing) with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to cascade to the supply base.
  • Document req intake conversations in the appropriate database.
  • Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response
  • Discuss with Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process
  • Coach, manage and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers (agencies)
  • Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool
  • Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports
  • Provide constant interaction via face to face, email, and phone with clients, staffing vendors, and other partners.
Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

We would like to hear from you, if you have:
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment (contingent)
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese (at JLPT N1/N2 level).
  • Fluency in English is also required
  • Open to work part-time hours circa 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • Those with lesser experience will be considered as a Program Coordinator.
  • APAC recruitment experience a plus
  • Successful experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Well-organized and capable of keeping track on end to end requisitions with a high degree of follow-through and proof of execution
  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Time management, self-motivated and perseverance
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills
  • VMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technologies, resources and processes.
