The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruitment Sourcer to join our ecosystem. You'll be the backbone of our recruitment process, partnering closely with our independent Recruitment Consultants to find and engage top-tier healthcare professionals. This is a unique opportunity to
directly support Singapore's healthcare industry
by finding the talent it needs to thrive, all while working in a flexible, remote environment and leveraging powerful technology. This is an attractive, commission-based role.
What You'll Do
Partner with Consultants:
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand the specific requirements for their open healthcare roles.
Strategic Sourcing:
Utilize Worq Health's proprietary platform, external databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify and map out potential healthcare talent.
Candidate Engagement:
Initiate first contact with passive candidates, skillfully articulating the value of our clients' opportunities to generate interest.
Pipeline Building:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified, active, and passive candidates for current and future needs.
Initial Screening:
Conduct preliminary screens to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability, ensuring a strong match before passing them to the Recruitment Consultant.
Data Management:
Meticulously track candidate interactions and statuses within our platform, ensuring data integrity and supporting a seamless handover process.
Support & Coordination:
Assist Recruitment Consultants with administrative tasks as needed, such as coordinating schedules or following up with candidates.

What You Bring
Must-haves:
1-2+ years of experience in a recruitment sourcing, talent research, or talent acquisition support role.
Comfortable to work remotely.
Able to work 4-6 hours a day
Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, database mining).
Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in healthcare or medical recruitment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment-focused tech platforms.
