DescriptionPrimary Objective:
Principally responsible for building and managing
Direct Sales team to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned business financial targets.
Review business strategy , resolve business / people and day to day operational issues and mKey Responsibilities:

Managing & monitoring Mortgage Direct Sales team to
drive productivity & to deliver assigned financial targets.BUSINESS STRATEGY
To achieve sales productivity of RM1.2m per sales staff per month.
Increase referral contributioRequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills.
Intimate interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
