Get to know the Role: Strategic Projects: Evaluate MY region's performance and goals for the transportation and Grabfood business verticals, propose new strategic ideas, interact with local leaders to develop relevant action plans, and take action to help Grab accomplish its goals. Management of Operations: Manage operational indicators in order to strategy for growth and profitability. Communication and collaboration: Create and promote local and commercial campaigns. Worked with local and central stakeholders to synchronize communication and plan execution. Focused on MY region/city growth. Consulting: Work with senior leaders to set and achieve regional targets for transportation and GrabFood commercial performance. Driving regional partnership to benefit the transportation and commercial business sectors. The day-to-day activities: Identify bottlenecks and potential issues linked with regions and cities, and propose remedies. To optimize the impact of recommendations, evaluate and improve them. Analyze profitability and identify macro operational perspectives, marketing perspectives and market penetration plans to share with local teams. Forecast and track yearly, quarterly, and monthly company performance targets. Gain an in-depth understanding of the growth opportunities and most viable development options for regions and cities, as well as identify areas where the team can improve. Align goals and initiatives with multiple business units to achieve company targets. Foster relationships between Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance & local teams. The must-have: Bachelor degree in Business / Corporate Finance / Accounting / Engineering or other related field. Preferred background in consulting, entrepreneurship, or accounting Excellent written and spoken communication skills Good command of the English language and Chinese language proficiency is a bonus Candidate that is willing to travel and has a requirement to travel up to 40% of the time Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationship to grow Grab's services Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Strong ability to utilize MS PowerPoint, or similar platforms in creating Instructional Design materials as a learning medium
