XB Commercial, Sales Operations supports all sales activities ranging from (i) Shipper onboarding, (ii) Key shipper retention, (iii) Sales strategy & initiatives for Sales offices, (iv) Data visibility & tooling for Sales offices;
This role is responsible to help the BD/sales team in identifying, establishing growth in new business while maintaining retention on existing business which includes but not limited to:
a. Identify and champion strategic initiatives/opportunities for the respective sales channel
b. Manage, monitor and drive adoption for all sales tools to the respective sales channel
c. Driving process governance; ensuring that process improvement initiatives are in place and in line with broader business objectives and strategies
d. Generating periodic sales reports, sales materials and process documentations for the respective sales channel as required
The employee is expected to have strong stakeholder management skills, ability to navigate through ambiguity and demonstrates strong business acumen. We prioritize helping front office teams perform better by ensuring smooth pre-sales to post-sales processes, effectively synthesizing data for analysis and creation of meaningful sales tools.
