The Branding & Communications Executives are the guardians of the brand and will be responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under the brand are continually enhanced to resonate with current and potential customers.
He/she will strategize and/or lead brand and creative team in planning, development and direction to increase brand awareness, deliver engaging content, and create value and performance of the brand via the brand experience and products.
As part a of wider Regional Marketing Team, you will support the regional and local country managers in terms of branding & communications activities in the whole Asia region.
Scope:
1. Content Development
a) Marketing Collaterals:
Prepare and maintain sales promotional material, including product packaging newsletters, brochures, advertisements and give-aways in accordance to Corporate Visual Identity.
Ensure corporate publications, written communications, legal agreements and contracts highlights brand, tone of voice, quality and core competences.
Maintain a regular list of Project Case Studies for the whole Asia Region, and work closely with the local Business team to acquire actual site photos and permission from building owners to allow to use for our publications.
b) Digital Marketing:
Work closely with Digital Marketing Executive to use Digital platform available to drive B&C campaigns and ensure all contents and communications in digital platform comply to B&C requirements and guidelines.
2. Event Organisation
a) Promotional Activities:
Assist local marketing teams to organise and execute promotional events such as Seminars, Trade Exhibitions, Roadshows and In-House Product Demonstrations. Work closely with local marketing and sales teams to produce competitive branded solutions package (brochures, promotional materials, survey forms, product samples, door-gifts etc..) for above mentioned events.
b) Thought Leadership Campaign
Work with Regional Marketing Manager to drive Specific Thought Leadership topic at Regional level, and support local marketing to drive smaller more localised topics at local market level.
b) Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors for designing, printing, advertising, events and distribution.
Ensure that all vendor agreements adheres to budget and cost planning for all planned activities.
3. Administrative Task
a) Maintain a close working relationship with Group Marketing team in HQ as well as local marketing team sitting in different Asia countries.
b) Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project and actives statuses
c) Maintain latest and most updated marketing documents and collateral in the company web site or portal on a timely manner
d) Uploading new documents and upkeeping latest information in company sales enablement tools and company mobile apps as when needed.
e) Work closely with local Marketing and Group Trademark team to ensure our company\'s trademark is properly protected and respected in the whole Asia Region
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication, Business Admin or equivalent
2-4 years\' experience in Marketing Communication ideally within a large international company
Has experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously, where the ability to work fast and responsibly and apply sound analytical decision-making processes and approaches is an advantage.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with good understanding of principles and practices of conducting communications or marketing programs for digital and traditional marketing mediums.
Have a keen eye for details in planning, organising, and implementing events as well as practice effective inter-department communication and secure co-operation from relevant individuals as needed.
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge in social media marketing and CRM is a bonus
Experience with complex data environments, analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a bonus
The successful candidate should have a personality of pro-activeness, willingness to learn, be a strong individualist as well as a good team player.
