As a Brand Marketing Executive in Corvan, your focus is on cultivating a strong brand image, fostering customer loyalty, and contributing to the overall success and recognition of the brand in the market. \'What would my job scope be\' Campaign Management : Plan and oversee brand campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and industry trends. Use insights to inform brand positioning and strategy. Brand Identity Oversight: Manage and maintain the visual and verbal elements of the brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as e-commerce, product development, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure a unified and cohesive brand presence. Creative Development: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertisements, and other creative assets that align with the brand\'s identity and resonate with the target audience. Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for digital initiatives. Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic objectives. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand campaigns. Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Brand Positioning: Work on positioning the brand effectively in the market, differentiating it from competitors, and highlighting unique selling propositions. Event Management: Plan and execute events or brand activations that contribute to brand awareness and engagement. Partnership and Sponsorship: Identify and manage partnerships or sponsorships that align with the brand\'s image and objectives. Crisis Management: Actively participate in managing and mitigating brand-related crises, protecting the brand\'s reputation. Job Requirements \'What are the requirements to apply\' Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field. Proven experience in marketing and branding roles, from 3 to 5 years. Experience in a branding-specific role or within the relevant industry is preferred. Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with key business objectives. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills to develop innovative and engaging brand campaigns and materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and the ability to integrate digital channels into overall brand campaigns. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or organizational priorities. A focus on achieving measurable results and impacting key performance indicators related to brand success. A genuine passion for branding and a strong understanding of its impact on consumer perceptions and behaviors. Important: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster shot required.
