ABOUT THE ROLE


The role of a Regional Business Operations Executive is to support the day-to-day operations of our regional business, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for database management, campaign setup, and operational reporting to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment across the business. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence, this role is for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


A. Operational Coordination: + Prepare end-to-end campaign setups, including test campaigns, fee structures, and database setup.
+ Perform document and form checks to ensure compliance and completeness.
+ Manage and update databases accurately and efficiently.
+ Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
+ Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in workflows, documentation, and policies.

B. Reporting and Analysis: + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
+ Monitor data trends and highlight issues or anomalies to the line manager promptly.
+ Ensure all reports are completed on time to prevent backlog processing.
+ Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting and administrative outputs.
+ Access internal systems to extract and analyse data for scheduled and ad-hoc reports.

C. Stakeholder Support: + Provide operational and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Monitor ongoing operational projects and attend related meetings.
+ Proactively follow up with stakeholders through email and Microsoft Teams.
+ Provide back-up support to team members as required.

D. Continuous Improvement: + Ensure operational processes meet quality and compliance standards.
+ Contribute ideas for process optimisation and system enhancements.
+ Support management in achieving operational KPIs and efficiency goals.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. An experienced professional with at least 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills. A data-driven individual with proven ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present data accurately. A candidate proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledgeable in Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas. Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Organised, systematic, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Independent, responsible, and self-motivated. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
