: As the Regional Community and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining high engagement on social media and driving widespread awareness and in-app traffic. You will also aid in establishing strategic partnerships to access new user bases, add value for our users and enhance the Shopee brand. You will play a key role in enhancing the organization\'s presence and impact in the region. Key Responsibilities Guide country teams on best practices for social and TV initiatives Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategically enhance community growth and ensure alignment between organizational goals and community needs Formulate and execute innovative projects in order to actively contribute to and support the attainment of organizational priorities Implement effective strategies to direct users seamlessly from external channels to the in-app platform, ensuring a cohesive and integrated user experience Secure funding/sponsorships to drive marketing activations by cultivating strong relationships with potential sponsors and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to support the financial aspects of the campaigns Develop and manage the budget for community and partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency Translate business strategy into comprehensive holistic marketing plans that resonate with the identified target audience Collect and analyze data related to community engagement and partnership activities and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, highlighting successes and areas for improvement Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a marketing and/or PR-related function Strong interpersonal and communication skills Relevant working experience in the e-Commerce or tech industry is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically with strong business acumen Exhibited robust analytical acumen in your career, with proven proficiency in interpreting complex data, deriving meaningful insights, and making well-informed decisions through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses Proven working knowledge of the e-Commerce content ecosystem and/or social media content landscape in the Southeast Asia region Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a high performance team of at least 5 members
