Job Purpose and Impact This is an exciting new role in the APAC Capital Capability Center. The Regional Construction Management Lead will provide in depth knowledge of construction practices to promote a safe work environment, reduce recycle and promote efficient construction field operations. In this role, you will lead a team of construction supervisors to provide construction leadership and expertise in larger and more complex capital projects within the region. You will be a change leader within the organization, driving a growing culture of constructability, sustainable execution and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities . Provide strategic leadership and construction expertise to ensure consistent implementation of construction practices in the larger, more complex capital build projects within the region. . Responsible to provide the plan for executing the early phase construction activities for the portfolio of projects. . Develop assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the project. . Responsible for an aligned set of construction performance metrics for capital projects within the region. . - Partner with capital leaders, project teams and cross functional leaders to leverage knowledge and strategies and identify opportunities and solutions for improving the construction performance of capital projects within the region. . Responsible to promote a safe work environment throughout the execution of the build project. . Collaborate closely with project Health & Safety leads to deploy our Contractor Safety Management System and Human Organization Performance principles. . Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs. . The role requires frequent travel across APAC region. . Open to remote working arrangements . Other duties as assigned Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience . Minimum of ten years of related work experience . Proficiency in English and one other Asian language . Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications . Established skills in continuous improvement . Six years of supervisory experience . Proficiency in English and two other Asian languages . Regional construction management experience
