Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with thecompany\'s overall business plan, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop innovative digital healthcare products that align with the company\'s strategic direction.
Conduct negotiations with potential partners, introducing solutions and tailoring the best-fit solutions to meet their specific needs.
Manage financial budgets and invoicing in adherence to contract terms and efficiently allocate internal resources for project execution.
Fully take ownership of P/L accountability, budget planning and cost management
To ensure compliance with local regulatory, legal and industrial practices and create better reputation with all stake holders as well as competitors
Analyze the regional market landscape, identify business opportunities to drive sales and revenue, and expand our market shares in direct selling industry
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree holder with over 5 years of proven strategic and managerial experiences with great sense of business development, e-commerce and digital marketing. Preferred to be in direct selling industry/multi-level marketing field but not compulsory
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Knowledge of Mandarin andother dialects is an additional advantage.
