Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be a member of Innovation and Process Consulting, Data Analytics & Insights (IT AP IPC DAI)
• Data Solution Management: End-to-end responsible for data service in Asia Pacific for the assigned Zones or business area. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solution designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and BI reporting developers, trainers and other providers to ensure effective data integration and utilization.
• You will provide operational leadership and expert knowledge to internal customers to assist resolve complex data-related issues. Serves as the point of escalation (notification) for major incidents.
• Documentation: Be the application owner to document the project progress, design specifications, test results and Change Request in each phase of the project cycle and actively contribute to its completion.
• You will plan and coordinate the go live together with your stakeholders, e.g., incl. user acceptance tests
• You will contribute and drive regional and global projects, influencing, building and maintaining relationships, collaborations and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Vendor Management: Learn and independently manage the designated internal application / tool in close collaboration with the vendor(s) and other internal stakeholders.
• Other Tasks assigned by supervisor.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, business analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Data Analytics will also be fine with Graduation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a data expert or data related demand manager/business partner, e.g. data analyst, BI
