Assessment link : https://shorturl.at/jqDO5 PERAK OFFICE Job Purpose: Responsible for assisting the Head of Compliance Inspectorate & Enforcement in exercising the power of corporation under Section 5 of PSMB Act 2001, investigating non-compliance cases and ensure necessary actions are taken against the defaulters & escalated to the authorities. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for assisting the head of department in planning strategies & initiatives for the team to conduct inspection to potential liable employer\'s premises for possible offences under Regulation 4A & Section 13 of PSMB Act 2001. Responsible for assisting the head of department in planning strategies & initiatives for the team to conduct levy payment verification for possible under-declaration & offences under Regulation 11 & Section 40 of PSMB Act 2001. Responsible for assisting the head of department in developing standard operating procedures (SOP), policies and guidelines to ensure standards and quality assurance of the department. Responsible for assisting the head of department in planning strategies & initiatives for other tasks assigned with regards to the compliance of the PSMB Act 2001 & its regulations. Responsible for assisting the head of department in ensuring report, data, statistics & other documents are prepared when required by the Management. Responsible for supporting other unit activities in the department. Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the head of unit and head of department. Qualifications & Relevant Experiences: Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional Degree in Law / Enforcement or equivalent. Experience in the enforcement & compliance field is an added advantage. Certification in law enforcement / compliance is an added advantage. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Able to travel frequently. Willing to work in Perak area.
