Job description
Heading/intro:
Our client is one of the worlds\' most well known casual dining brands. With outlets available across the globe, they are a household name within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Country Head, you will be providing leadership for all restaurants in the Northern Malaysia region
- Responsible for managing the regions\' profitability, operational excellence, budgeting and marketing.
- Working with relevant Restaurant Managers to attract and retain the right talent that ensures a consistent delivery of the company\'s culture and values.
- Perform operation auditing to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Plan and promote Marketing plans that align with the company\'s global standards.
- Ensure appropriate management of the company\'s cash, properties and relevant assets.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in F&B management in Penang.
- Experience in the casual dining segment within F&B, ideally having managed multiple restaurants in the past.
- Strong knowledge of the F&B standards and culture of Penang.
- Passion in the F&B industry and willingness to work weekends/public holidays when necessary.
