• Team member of Account Relationship Team - cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Interaction with different stakeholders including key client personnel, JLL Internal Stakeholders and third-party service providers/vendors when necessary.

• Review and monitoring of financial key performance indicators.

• Resolving system, financial as well as process issues through the facilitation of different stakeholders.

• Process improvements.

• Assists and coordinate with client account team member for on-going cost saving initiatives/projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis of saving position. Invoice Payments & Billings

• Provide support to vendor payments and client billings highlighted by Stewardship Team or Client Account Team.

• Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable process to the client account team.

• Accountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and support stewardship team on collection (if necessary) to maintain JLL IMEA cash flow. Reporting/Forecasting/Planning

• Handling of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis.

• Monitoring / maintaining forecast accuracy and provide analysis to justify the variance versus actual.

• Reviewing and monitoring of potential risk and opportunities within the account.

• Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling where requested. General Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of month end, quarter end as well as fiscal year process.

• Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. GRNV, UMLV, Open PO etc.

• Ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.

• Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes.

• Act as SME for the financial system & process to provide valuable advice / guidance to the business partners and stakeholders.
