As part of their expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional HRBP to join them - up to 20k. Your new role As the Regional HRBP specifically for South East Asia, this role would be required to be an end-to-end Generalist, advising business leaders on strategic HR Initiatives while being hands-on on HR operations. This role is a very strategic role that requires you to have high level of business acumen and ability to work with your peers across the regions on setting up of Shared Service, streamlining process and policies, and planning out the next few years plan for the countries under your care.
